Startnow focused on providing top quality products and great customer service. We want you to love what you buy at startnow-store.com. But if it's not the right fit, we make the refund as sample as possible.

If your products are not purchased from our official website https://www.startnow-store.com. but purchased through startnow store on ohter shopping platforms, we will not be responsible for your order.

1.  Terms and Conditions of Return & Exchange
The Products must be in brand-new condition with original packaging.
Please contact us sales@startnow-laser.com first for any return or exchange application.

2. Return & Exchange Progress
To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at sales@startnow-laser.com. Please include your order number and reason of return or exchange.  
We’ll send you a return shipping label if the Product meets our Refund Policies. Please send the items back within 5 days after receiving the shipping label. 

We’ll contact you back after receiving the items. Your refund or exchange will be processed in 3-8 business days.  The money will be returned in the original form of payment.

4. Shipping Fees
If the Products are returned due to non-human factors(defective, damage or wrong Products sent), we will cover the shipping fees.
If the Products are returned due to other reasons, you are responsible for the return shipping charges.
